These terms apply to eanderestoration.com and to text messages from E&E Restoration Services LLC ("E&E Restoration," "we," "us"), a licensed Florida mold remediation contractor (Lic. MRSR3421) serving Broward and Palm Beach counties. By using this website or our text messages you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Program. E&E Restoration Services LLC sends text messages about your estimate request: scheduling and confirming a visit, appointment reminders, answers to your questions, follow-up on your written estimate, and, after a completed job, a request for feedback.
Who can join. You must be 18 or older to sign up for E&E Restoration text messages.
How you join. You join only by checking the optional, unticked SMS consent box on one of our website forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of getting an estimate.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Text STOP (or reply STOP to any message) to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have opted out, and then no more. Reply START to join again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
